Pei Li (裴黎, Bùi Lệ; c. 230s–after 270s AD), courtesy name Botong (伯宗, Bá Tông), was an accomplished civil administrator and military commander of Cao Wei and Western Jin from Hedong.
As the eldest son of Pei Hui and brother to Pei Kai and Pei Chuo, Pei Li was celebrated for combining deep literary erudition with martial decisiveness. In his youth, he was lauded for his keen intellect and unwavering loyalty to state order.
Pei Li held key positions including Aide to the Provincial Governor (Biejia) and General of the Wing Army (Yijun Jiangjun). His leadership played a significant role in maintaining provincial stability in the northern commanderies during the founding decades of Western Jin.
