Guo Zhen (郭鎮, Quách Chấn; c. 170s–after 220s AD) was an esteemed scholar-official of the late Eastern Han dynasty and Cao Wei, hailing from the eminent Guo gentry clan of Yangqu, Taiyuan.
He was a direct descendant of Administrator Guo Quan, nephew of Guo Yu (郭昱), and close kin of Cao Wei Grand General Guo Huai (郭淮). Known for his upright character and diligent administration, Guo Zhen held key civil offices across northern commanderies.
