Lady Zhuge (Elder Sister) (诸葛氏, Gia Cát phu nhân; c. 175–after 220 AD) was an aristocratic noblewoman of the celebrated Zhuge clan of Yangdu, Langya. She was the eldest sister of Shu Han Chancellor Zhuge Liang (诸葛亮) and Eastern Wu minister Zhuge Jin (诸葛瑾).
Following the early death of her father Zhuge Gui, she accompanied her uncle Zhuge Xuan south to Jing Province. Upon reaching adulthood, she was arranged in marriage to Kuai Qi (蒯祺), Administrator of Fangling and a key scion of the powerful Kuai family of Xiangyang (nephew of Kuai Liang and Kuai Yue).
This pivotal marriage formed a crucial strategic bridge uniting the refugee Zhuge scholars with the entrenched oligarchic families of Jingzhou, laying the social foundation for Zhuge Liang’s later rise in Longzhong.
