Yang Xiao (杨嚣, Dương Hiêu; courtesy name Huibo 惠伯), native of Huayin in Hongnong, was a distinguished scholar-statesman of Cao Wei and Western Jin, belonging to the paramount Hongnong Yang clan (descendant of Yang Biao and elder brother of Western Jin Grand Tutor Yang Jun).

Celebrated for lofty integrity, pure conduct, and avoidance of factional luxury, Yang Xiao served as Assistant in the Department of State Affairs and Imperial Cavalier Attendant. When his brothers accumulated immense wealth and imperial influence, Yang Xiao maintained a modest ancestral household, earning universal praise from contemporary literati.
