Shi Chu (石统 / 石褚, Thạch Thống / Thạch Chử) was a military commander and noble officer of the Western Jin dynasty. Hailing from Boping in Bohai Commandery, he was a son of Shi Bao (石苞), the Grand Commander of Jin.
Unlike his famously extravagant brother Shi Chong, Shi Chu dedicated himself to administrative and military service, rising to the rank of General of the Agile Cavalry (Piaoqi Jiangjun) and Chief of the Imperial Guards. He served with steadfast loyalty, protecting the imperial compound in Luoyang during the early decades of the Western Jin dynasty.
