Liu Hui (刘恢, Lưu Khôi) was an Eastern Han official and magistrate in Daizhou (代州, Đại Châu). Following Zhang Fei’s (张飞, Trương Phi) flogging of the corrupt imperial inspector at Anxi County, Liu Hui sheltered Liu Bei and his brothers from imperial arrest and later recommended Liu Bei to Imperial Clan Minister Liu Yu (刘虞, Lưu Ngu).
