Huan Fa (桓发, Hoàn Phát) was a military officer of Changsha Commandery during the late Eastern Han dynasty. He was the son of Huan Lin (桓邻) and a close kinsman of Huan Zhi (桓治) and Cao Wei minister Huan Jie (桓阶).
When Liu Biao executed Huan Lin for refusing to betray Zhang Xian, Huan Fa took up his father’s command alongside Huan Zhi. He led troops to avenge his father and defend Changsha against Liu Biao’s Jingzhou army, earning fame for filial valor in the southern commanderies.

Chapter 34 (Feud in the southern marshes): When news came that Huan Lin had been slain, his son Huan Fa strapped on armor and led his clansmen into battle. Vengeance and loyalty fired their hearts as they defended Changsha against the armies of Xiangyang.
