Empress Wang (王皇后, Vương hoàng hậu; fl. 254), was the third and final empress of Emperor Fei of Wei, Cao Fang (Cao Fang), during the twilight of the Three Kingdoms era. She was the daughter of General Wang Kui (王夔), Commandant of the Garrison Cavalry.

Installed as empress in April 254 following the forced deposition and execution of Empress Zhang (daughter of Zhang Ji) by the tyrannical regent Sima Shi, Empress Wang held the phoenix crown for less than six months. In October 254, Sima Shi orchestrated a palace coup, deposing Cao Fang from the throne and demoting him to Prince of Qi. Empress Wang faithfully accompanied her deposed husband into internal exile in Jinyang, sharing his humiliation and seclusion until his eventual death.

Records of the Three Kingdoms (Sanguozhi, vol. 4, Annals of the Three Young Emperors): “In the fifth month of Jiaping, Lady Wang was created Empress. By the ninth month, the Emperor was deposed; the Empress followed him into exile, sharing his misfortune in silence.”
